"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? "The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Host Roland is a class-act. Very helpful, communicative and accommodating. It is clear that her wants his guests to have a great vacation. "

"Won’t be back. Concierge not helpful. Unit not as described. Air on dripping on floor, no hot water, loose floor tiles, cockroaches on counter. Gross. "

"Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself."

"Nice 2 day stay over NYE. Enjoyed the great food, drinks and service at the Club Level Lounge. Thank-you for the birthday cake left in my room. That was a nice touch as was the 2025 sweet plate with chocolates. Pool was clean and not over crowded. Overall a nice respite from the hectic city atmosphere of Cebu. "

"Overall, this property offers the best bang for the buck. However, if you need to make some reservations especially for Christmas and New Year celebrations, please make sure to ask for clarifications so that you know what you get. For example, if you need to dine in the open air for that celebration party, you need to tell hotel concierge clearly. "

"Property and staff was great. Room was nice and clean and had a wonderful sleep every night. Really nice gym and pool was great. Buffet breakfast was really bad. Food was cold and dried out and the same food was served day after day. "
