"My husband and I stayed One night after a full day of Christmas shopping at Gurnee Mills Mall. Exhausted and ready to relax, we checked in and were given a room on the first floor. Upon walking into our room, we realized the thermostat was very warm. My husband immediately turned AC on and pushed temps down to get the room cooled off. "Overall we had a great time there. The breakfast had lots of options. Wish they would have offered sugar free syrup for the waffles. The room was very clean, and very spacious! the jacuzzi was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfy. The only thing that was subpar was the water pressure. It was pitiful. Hardly any pressure definitely wasnt a good experience with that. The tv was lacking channels. Not a lot of choice. But I would stay there again. All of the employees were friendly."
