Didn’t use shuttle because I had to leave earlier than it started to run but Uber came quickly. Rooms are older and not much insulation for quiet but no one was loud in my wing and I slept well. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again. "

"We stayed in the Rosa Blanca room. We loved the view and the beautiful art work on the walls in the bathroom. The circular stair case was unique and the 270 degree view of San Jose was great. We thought the staff was friendly, Carlos at the front desk helped us with many arrangments. The wait staff in the restaurant gave us excellent service."
