"The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."

"Inside is good, relatively higher humidity for being on the ground floor. The front door is not impressive from outside. "

Great Stay!

"The hotel was elegant and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was included and was delicious with simple items to eat. The bathroom in the room was excellent and spacious. They provided robes and slippers and turned the bed with a chocolate. The location is close to the Rialto Market and close to bars and restaurants."

"Two min walk from the rialto bridge and opposite the boat stops to and from the airport. Short 15 minute walk to st marks square lots of places to eat and drink in the area the property is a little tired and small (cosy) but its clean with a lovely breakfast and great staff very very friendly and helpful we came December 2023 and loved it so we booked here again for this latest trip and when we come to visit venice again we will stay here we love its location and staff."
