This is an architecturally beautiful, clean, and well maintained hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location is the real value of this hotel. The rooms are comfortably sized for 2 people in center of the city. There are plenty of food, shopping, and transportation access within steps of the front door. Don’t expect luxury, door men, or daily fresh cut flowers in the lobby, but this is a great hotel with all amenities that one would need for a trip to Madrid. We would stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

Very professional and friendly staff, the hotel was super clean, quiet and very convenient for our stay. There were some construction and repairs on the surrounding but we were able to enjoy the place. I will love staying in the future.

"AC worked well, right across from Retiro Park, walk to Prado Museum. Breakfast was wonderful, we also had a lovely lunch where they opened a bit early for our group because they were available and we were hungry. Delicious!"
