"In addition to the convenient location , cleanliness level in the room and facilities is exceptional. Breakfast was very generous and personalized. Attention to details in every aspect, ex. Baladi soap in bathroom, water bottle in room, water kettle and water jug in room, replenished daily, free tea and coffee available throughout the day, orange blossom smell throughout, fresh clean hand towels availavle in common area toilet. "The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...

"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"
