"Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central Jember. The hotel is a bit old and tired, but we had a really great shower and a good night’s rest, which is what we wanted. We were pleased with the breakfast buffet. Overall, we were glad to stay."

"Not the best but it's not the worst This was my second stay at the hotel. I was there for 8 night. I already knew most of the staff during my first stay. So the second time was like meeting old friends. The staff was helpful and were not intrusive. It was comfortable albeit some facilities need repairs, like the wall paint and toilet furnishings. The room service was good and the paid food was delicious too. Breakfast was satisfactory if you need to filled your tummy. Overall, I like my...
