The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. "We booked this hotel strictly for the pool. My kids really wanted to swim for their birthday. We has two other families also book so they could swim with their cousins. A few of us only wanted to use the hot tub, which is why we went with this property and not a different hotel. However, the hot tub didn’t work, which was very aggravating. You also could not eat by the pool. The man working the desk was very nice. He let us play games in the lobby since we couldn’t use the breakfast lounge. I...

"They did a complimentary upgrade when we arrived. Not sure why, but it was nice of them. The property itself is a bit dated, but we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves the night we stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was affordable! We appreciated the upgrade. "
