"We always prefer to stay at Holiday Inn . Their rooms are clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Ahmed at reception was very courteous and have excellent customer service skills. "

A variety of restaurants and other services are within walking distance and it is very close to the Corniche for views of King Fahad's Fountain. Overall, a great place to stay."

"the overall service is good, except for the check-in, it was terrible. I made a special request for high floor room several weeks before my arrival through Hotels.com. Upon arrival however, the employee allocated a room in the lowest floor he could find (2nd), and had no interest what so ever to find a room which matches my request although, from my observation, the hotel is more than half empty and such rooms are available .. Never again in this hotel if I can find an alternative. "
