Reached late but the reception staff was very helpful. its very close to the SAPTCO bus station at Avail hotel. which we needed as we went to Medina on bus.

Basic but acceptable hotel. Problem was water cut on arrival (!) which got fixed in a couple of hours. Breakfast is very basic but ok, what about a daily change in the menu though?

المكان رائع ولكن واجهتنا مشكلة عند قدومنا حيث حجزنا عن طريق الموقع ولكن لم نجد حجزنا وانتظرنا ولم تكن مبررات الاستقبال مقنعه على ان الحجز مؤكد وتم الدفع المقدم وعند اصرارنا على ايجاد غرفة لنا تم التأمين بعد مده
