"The hotel was very close to downtown which was amazing. The staff was very friendly except the kitchen staff and bar staff were very very slow and unavailable many times. The hotel was very clean I’m a definitely enjoyed our stay and if we return to Chattanooga we’ll definitely stay in this hotel. "

"I searched for properties with a hot tub and was given this one. In reality only ONE room in the whole property has a hot tub. This was NOT made clear. I booked thinking there was a hot tub on the property for everyone to use."

"This hotel was great. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with a family this is an excellent property. We actually was given two bed two bath, which had tons of space. Full kitchen too. The only two cons would be no parking and the master bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also if you are a person who likes to watch TV in the bedroom there are no TVs in the bedroom. Overall great place and recommend eating at the brewery restaurant next to the hotel."

"Very clean, quaint but with all modern amenities, and an exceptionally polite staff. The property is centrally located to all of Chattanooga, but nicely off the beaten path on scenic lookout mountain. I would definitely stay again, and I highly recommend."
