"This was our fourth visit to Megeve, but our first time staying at Au Coin du Feu. We plan to become regulars! The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, just a short walk from the center of the village. "Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"Loved this property, our room and the staff. They have a reservable spa, with hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna. Also, its and elevator ride away for Parc Therme, which is a reservable day spa, go early afternoon for a great themed and unique water healing experience. The restaurant and food was very tasty, we just ate there. Quiet non-touristy mountain town. Quaint."

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "On a réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et Ils nous donnent une chambre minuscule avec deux lits pour enfants. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Une manager désagréable et qui a réponse à tout nous explique qu'elle n'a jamais reçu notre réservation pour 3 personnes et se moque ouvertement de nous en nous disant que c'est "comme cela à Megève". La qualité des services et des infrastructures sont dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles plutôt qu'un 5 étoiles. Personnel mal élevé et toujours enclin à vouloir faire le minimum. Je vous conseille d'éviter ce piège à touristes à tout prix."
