"저는 프리미어 더블룸을 예약했고 더블침대가 있는 방을 안내받았습니다. 룸에는 더블 침대에 싱글사이즈 이불이 덮여있었어요. 이불이 너무 작아 프론트에 교체를 요청하니 수량이 부족해 싱글이불밖에 없다며 싱글이불을 하나 더 가져다 준다고 했습니다. 잠시 후 직원이 싱글이불을 가져왔길래 나름 4성급 호텔인데 이불 사이즈가 없는 경우는 처음이라 당황스럽다고 했더니 본 호텔은 임대 호텔이라 별같은 건 의미 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이게 호텔 직원한테 들을 적절한 답변이었는지는 모르겠지만. 호텔이 직접 지은 건지 임대인지가 중요하지 않았지만, ..."
