No swimming pool (outdoor) despite being advertised on Expedia and all sites. Room safe did not work and was not bolted Room heating did not work since there was leakage from balcony door There was no lobby to walk, mingle since everything was under construction "

"It was a houseboat and was much better than our expectation. Except food arrangement which was being arranged from outside & cost was on higher side, everything was very comfortable and relaxing. I shall recommend it to anybody who seeks for houseboat in Srinagar at economical price"
