"Overall it was fine. There are no close convenient stores or similar so the “not so stocked” kitchen can’t be utilized for a 3-day stay. Frustrating that there is not a close spot to get the essentials. One of the appliances didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. It was a bit noisy at times but I think that is just the area."

"I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. "

"We had the gallery apartment at the Civic. There neighborhood was quiet and there was a nice convenience store nearby to get any basic necessities and groceries. It was a great space, plenty of room and airy with high ceilings like that of a loft style apartment. "A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. Very new interior very nicely done."
