Using your room key to access the upper floors of the elevator provided an added sense of security Having a more comfortable lounge chair in the room would be nice. Also having an ottoman for your feet would be a plus.

All around great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is an excellent value. We slept very well and enjoyed the fitness center, very a convenient and free downtown parking, walking to theater and restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet and high level of service at the hotel restaurant. We would return to Jamestown knowing we can stay at the Doubletree Hilton. (We checked in too late for the cookies).
