Nice, newer hotel

"Wonderful hotel, spacious premium rooms, great buffet breakfast. Our only issue was the function below our room with a very loud band that reverberated throughout the entire hotel until around 10pm. The management, however, accommodated us the best they could, and i would easily return to stay again. "

"M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but a little more consideration for loyal customers would definitely be appreciated. Best regards, 🇧🇹"

"The property is excellent and one of the best place to see the mighty sleeping buddha formation while sipping your morning coffee from the comfort of your balcony. If your goal is to watch the Kanchenjunga throughout the day then this hotel should be your choice as it provides better views than even the famous batasia loop. Pros: Furniture and fittings are of the highest quality Views of Kanchenjunga from the balcony (check with reception before booking) In house restaurant provides tasty vegetarian food Cons: There is no hotel frontage, so getting up and down from the cab is a bit of a hassle and needs to be done in a hurry 20 min uphill walk to the mall. Cabs charge whatever they want. Suggestion: The hotel has everything that one wants in Darjeeling except for the access to the mall, if a free shuttle can be arranged at regular intervals to ferry hotel guests uphill, it will be a huge improvement. Coming downhill isn't a problem. *The water pressure in the rain showers inside the washroom is one of the best I have seen in a hotel in India "

Overall an amazing stay!

"Mostly everything was great. Room cleaning needs to improve. Breakfast quality is substandard, specially the pastry items. Staff service and courtesy was top notch. Special mention to Prerna from the restaurant, amongst others, who hosted us brilliantly every time."

"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."
