"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. No shower door meaning half of the bathroom was wet when coming out from the shower. Decent location with a number of eateries just across the room. Will stay again when we are next in the area."

However, on the day of check-in, although we headed to Zone H for parking, there were no directional signs to guide us on where the hotel lobby was or which section we should be parking. "The mall and train,Bus terminals all across the street. Places to eat all over the place. 7-11 at least three right out the front door. DIY laundry shops at least two I used very close in walking open 24/7. Go learn the KTM train-line for your long distance trip and book ahead of time so you will get your seat! These bookings go fast! "
