Transpired it’s essentially a short stay love hotel.It would seem that users of this type of hotel are buzzed in and out of the room by staff behind the scenes, communication by in house telephone. "This was a very memorable place that I visited. It is in the rural area of japan, you can really feel the realness of the area. It's in gifu however it's definitely not a tourist trap area. DEL style NAGOYA-NAYABASHI by Daiwa Roynet Hotel

"Stayed at this neat wonderful stylish hotel on my recent stay in Nagoya. For the price it was a very good deal and in a really urban part of Naka Ward and few minute drive to Nagoya Station. Also, literally next to a Mega Don Q and surrounded by restaurants and konbini (convenience stores). Staff was also friendly and courteous and made me feel comfortable. Did lots of walking to the shopping district, Nagoya Castle and to parks / museums which were all in the vicinity of the hotel. I really recommend this hotel to travelers on a budget (or not cause they have bigger & more expensive rooms) and want to be in the middle of all the action. When I return to Nagoya I will definitely stay at this hotel again!"
