First thing when I went to the room, I could smell smoke and felt stuffy. Air conditioned was turned off. I asked for non smoking room. I had ants in my room and had bug bites. Decided to requested room change after 2 nights. New room had were mold on the ceiling and water stained on the wall paper. I immediately checked out. I know it was no refund but I don't think I can trust them with anything. I like how the manager told me to contact him if I ever needed anything but he never gave me his contact number.

Told staff gave me Non smoking but gave me smoking
Told staff gave me Non smoking but gave me smoking rooom instead. In the end have to go down and a lot of paperwork again. Staff not apologetic also. Called 3 times but nobody delivery laundry 2nd day then deliver after 2 more calls.

I didn't expect much about this hotel but to my surprise it was really good stay. Nice and clean facility, comfortable bed, spacious room, great shower. However they don't provide you with hairdryer. The carpet in the hallway was uneven, can cause a trip and fall they need to fix it. For certain rooms you will need to walk long hallway. Great breakfast selections and very tasty. Great location lots of great restaurants around the area, next to a mall. Across the street from the hotel there's a shisha bar. Pretty cool place to hang out. Will be back and stay at All Sedayu hotel
