View of fort, beautiful property!

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff—special mention to Sultan who walked us all the way to sunset point and stood out in terms of service! Excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. The rooftop view of Jaisalmer fort is amazing and dinner by candlelight creates a beautiful atmosphere. Don’t miss this place if you are looking for comfortable stay in a traditionally decorated property with exceptional service!

Excellent location at the heart of town. Very clean and well maintained facility built with stone, similar to what the kings of the bygone era would do. This property is accessible by car unlike many old havelis around the town. Vie from the hotel room of the Golden Fort was mesmerizing and you can have the view from their rooftop dining too. They have tours to deserts and other locations that are safe and family friendly. I would come back to this special Fort Hotel if there's an opportunity in the horizon.

Wonderful stay near Jaisalmer fort

Comfortable stay near Jaisalmer fort with some rooms offering wonderful views of the fort. Caring staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms with very nice decor fitting to the Jaisalmer golden sandstone feel. Their restaurant is highly recommended. They have chefs who can cater to western, asian, local and even some Indian regional cuisines. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful with our dietary needs.

This is such a great place! You have to stay here. Excellent staff and activities. I highly recommend PAPU he is the best tourist guide that will definitely give you a great experience, lunch in the desert, camel safari, Paragluiding. If you stay here ask for PAPU, greet tour guide. 10/0.

Everything was awesome, clean room, comfortable bed, central location, just 2 minute's walk to the royal palace and about a 5-minute walk to the fort. 24-hour reception, the staff was very helpful and attentive. we will book again if we come to Jaisalmer in the future.

Very authentic old house turned into a lovely hotel. Great food in restaurant. Close to a fort. Has a pool, but water was too cold to swim in January. Arranged for me tour to desert. Excellent and very pleasant staff, so, really, nothing to complain about. Will gladly stay there again.

We booked two nights though we only stayed one night. The second night we went on an overnight camel safari. The room was fine, the staff were excellent, and the restaurant was good. We didn’t avail ourselves of any other amenities. Would stay here again.

This hotel was one of the best we stayed at during our visit to India. Beautiful sandstone decor, large room, clean bathromms, rooftop restaurant with an unobstructed view of the Fort and good food on demand. Padam (senior) was our host and guide. Anything we needed, he helped us get. He was also our guide and transporter to the desert for an afternoon camel ride and dinner on the dunes. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Hotel Manager Narinder is exceptional human being, so helpful.At the arrival offered us delicious apple juice, explained about the city and other nearby attractions. Even after our check out, he gave us a room to have a shower and little rest before our evening flight.Everything is superb about the hotel, location, amenities,food .I would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel and not very expensive 😊😊

Ours was a family outing, the stay was comfortable one with proper sevice extended. The hotel has very limited options for vegetarian meals which needa to be considered while planning your stay. The rooms has attractive traditional asthetics which has high appeal. The newly built wing has better room than the old wiing. The staft is supportive and gives service with smile. All in all a good experience.

Great place to stay at reasonable rates, memorable

Was an excellent trip, rooms v spacious , outer look great like the haveli. Owner v helpful and guided us well. Clean rooms. Electric cattle available. Hot water comes when u turn on tap for 2- 3 min ( ? Central heating). Take as many water bottles as u need. Tourist guide to city was complimentary and nice. Hanuman juice corner provided v tasty and fresh juice at v reasonable rate. We enjoyed the visit to city - bhatia market , the fort and museums at havelis. Next day we visited desert camps and were pleasantly surprised about owners offer of guidance remotely !!😊 Food was v tasty at lalgarh restaurant on top , could enjoy chicken and other dishes with spectacular view of fort. Sitting arrangement in traditional stlye was liked by all
