"Great location for walking around Bordeaux. Large room and excellent bathroom. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Our only concern was that to reach the rooms you had to climb stairs with your luggage and as we had heavy suitcases it was not easy "

The Residhome Hotel was excellent and had a secure underground parking garage for our car. The location was great. The tram runs past the hotel and was easy to use.

(I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. "This hotel is perfect for a stay in Bordeaux, all the staff were great, in particular the two barmen we met in the Bar Casa on site. The bar itself had excellent cocktails and a stunning interior. Location wise it’s super close to everything, including the tram stops and main shopping streets."

"This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area."
"We booked this after reading reviews from others. The accommodation is very simple but met our needs perfectly. It is very clean, has a comfortable bed, a handy little kitchenette which was well stocked with essential implements. It has a terrific grocery store right around the corner. Le Cite Du Vin is a short walk away. The tram was within a minutes walk and we were a quick ride from the old city. It was a stones throw from the waterfront and the bridge to the other side of the river was right outside the door. I would say this is an excellent, affordable place to stay and would do it again. Also a few tram stops fom the cruise ships.
