"This property should not be open at all. No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. The electrical in the room was a hazard. Bathtub had dirt in it, floor was dirty. The TV was in black and white with no sound. It was so bad that it should not be on Hotels.com booking, we expect a certain product ..."
