Made a reservation for a king bed room. When we told them we have a service dog, they suddenly didn't have a king room and we were moved to a room with 2 queen beds. The coffee maker and hairdryer in the room didn't work. The breakfast wasn't even worth waking up for. I found it super weird that they have a list in the room with outrageous prices if you take or damage something. IE $50 for just a single top sheet. The only reason to stay here is if you absolutely have to be in Florence. There are better hotels outside of town. Night shift manager was rude and unhelpful to guests. Family staying in the hotel stated he was rude and acted like he didnt even want them there.

This hotel has very nice, clean furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was not too noisy. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly as well. I left before breakfast time, so I can’t rate the breakfast options. Highly recommend!

Wanted to LOVE but fleas
Fleas :( at 3:30 in the am i woke up to fleas biting me. It's a pet free property but apparently ppl don't listen to that. I'm going to work on full reimbursement and hopefully compensation for the extra cleaning of our property.

Heat helps
Not bad for Comfort Inn Initial smell was cleaner and mildew. The room was cold but damp feeling. We turned on heat and left which helped. Walls are thin.
