"Friendly staffs and clean rooms. The aircon blower in the room was making quite a bit of noise, and the staffs very quickly addressed the issue after giving the feedback. Plenty of food options within walking distance. A great place to stay!"

"One of the best hotel’s I have stayed in. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable...

"The hotel is good, but definitely designed for business stays. Cold design of lobby and restaurant. Rooms are fine but a bit small. Bathroom design is a little awkward with total privacy being impossible. Parking is ample, but tight."

"A great hotel, with fantastic facilities. The rooms are amazing, and great for single travellers, couples, or families. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, and they couldn’t be better. The food on offer was very good, with usual favourites alongside some traditional Thai food that couldn’t have been better. The hotel is a short drive to Pattaya City, which is actually a positive. There is a 7/11 around the corner, but the hotel could benefit from a shop on site for snacks and essentials. Otherwise I couldn’t recommend the hotel more. I will definitely come back."

"Really recommend this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area is very clean and gym Sunset by the pool and beach was amazing. Call upgraded to an executive room because it was our anniversary was very please with all the service. Would like to give a special thank you to Angelo by the pool."

"If you price the included breakfast and kiddie water park at international rates the hotel room itself is almost free. Great value!! Clean happy place. If you have young kids the waterpark is fantastic. Even for adults. Right right there so no need taxis etc. On the map the hotel looks a bit set back from the beach but it's like 100 feet further than the Holiday Inn (which is also great but no water park and when I booked was twice the price of Mercure). Proximity to beach and to Walking street is not an issue. Family friendly. If no kids and have the money then Hilton is your place. Pls spend a bit extra and don't stay at Ibis. "
