However, this place is poorly managed. 1) The person at the front-desk (Onur) was rude and upon being informed that there were several issues that needed to be taken care of in the apartment, simply refused to help and said that I can cancel the booking if I don't like it. 2) They never bothered to remove the previous trash on time and did not provide us trash bags even upon repeated requests. 3) They have no idea how to manage a place like...

"Great location with plenty of parking. There was a stain on the sheet but hotel management quickly replace sheets and apologized. Breakfast was at the restaurant downstairs. It was good. Rooms are brand new, nicely decorated and clean. Ac was running ok."

Izmit visit

"The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."

"Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "
