Smokey smells
Room was comfortable but not thoroughly cleaned, it was a non smoking room and yet it constantly stank of smoke which seemed to a problem in many areas of the hotel, it seems it came through the air conditioning. It was so strong there was nicoten stain near the ac unit in the bathroom. Spa massage was excellent.

The hotel itself was good enough. The room was comfortable, breakfast was decent, and facilities well-maintained. The hotel was not in a good location to access tourist parts of the city, though it was between two metro stops. We also had a small problem at check-in which dragged on way too long. Overall, adequate.

Nice and everything is new.
The hotel is 15 min away from Basmane square and shopping area, bathrooms are super new clean. Internet isn't stable as you have to login in with username and password every few hours, not practical specially when you wake up the next morning with a connected wifi and a dialogue asking to input your username and password.so you miss all important emails and chats with a wifi with no internet. The service is excellent

A Real 4*, but poor restaurant
Real 4* hotel, worth to stay in and affordable. However restaurant is only a 3* as serves food like in the pub - simple food with 2 or 3 restaurant dishes, that's about it. GREAT BREAKFAST, loved the honey comb sheet ... hummm. Overall good hotel in Izmir, I advise to stay here.

Bett war sehr bequem. Internet war gut aber man musste sich ständig neu einloggen. Bad hat am Anfang sehr unangenehm gerochen (wurde nach Melden beseitigt). Hat 4 Sterne nicht verdient, eher 3. Am letzten Tag wurde nicht einmal eine Badematte gelegt und neues Toilettenpapier hinterlegt nach dem Putzen des Zimmers. Außerdem wurden wir am ersten Abend nach der Ankunft im Restaurant des Hotels nicht bedient, obwohl der Kellner die ganze Zeit umherging. Erst nachdem wir ihn darauf ansprechen mussten, kam er zu unserem Tisch.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık.
Her şey güzel ve temizdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve saygılıydi. Tek sıkıntı odalarin biraz ses geçirmesi ve yan tarafta yapilan inşaat matkap seslerinin odaya gelmesiydi. Bunun dışında memnun kaldık.

Odalar ideal büyüklükte, eşyalarınızı koymaniz için baya fazla dolap alanı var, temizlik gayet iyi ,yataklar çok rahat, Açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet güzel hergün farklı sıcaklar ve kaliteli kahvaltiliklar var, personel gayet ilgili , koku yok....negatif olarak ses yalıtımı kötü ve Manzara yok...Ulaşım kolay izban hilal durağında inip kahramanlar çıkışından hastaneler tarafina 10 dk yürüyorsunuz ana cadde üzerinde oteller bölgesinde...tavsiye ederim yine izmir e gelsem armis oteli tercih ederim.
