Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good.

It’s on a residential street that’s fairly quiet, but walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There’s a 7 Eleven across the street. It’s nice to have a small kitchen and washer. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

For dining, there were numerous family-friendly restaurants within walking distance, serving everything from local cuisine to international favorites. It made meal times a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself was very accommodating for families. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities that catered to both adults and children. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing recommendations for activities and dining that were perfect for our family.
