2連泊しました。2日目の掃除簡単で良かったのですが、綺麗に掃除して頂いてました。決して新しい建物ではないですが、清潔感がある施設でした。フロントに近い方の風呂のシャワーの1ヶ所がお湯、殆ど出ませんでした。修理されたら良いと思います

チェックイン時間が遅くなってしまったのですが、快く対応していただきました。部屋も清潔でお風呂も良いお湯で気持ち良かったです。朝食のみでしたが、スタッフの方も気持ちの良い対応でした。

露天風呂の壺ブロが、硫黄の香りが天然アロマでとてもリラックスできていい温泉でした。ご飯も釜飯が美味しすぎでした。また利用したいです。

ご飯が美味しい、部屋食、清潔

見た目は小さな街の旅館だが、中はリフォームされ清潔。食事が品数多く、部屋食で助かる。（朝は食堂で朝食）お風呂は狭いが清潔に掃除され気持ちが良い。残念なのは、他の部屋の音がよく聞こえたこと。ウチは子供がうるさいので申し訳なく、心から安らぐことができなかった。リーズナブルで良い宿なので、その点だけ残念。

スタッフの方の対応は良かったのですが、一点だけ気になったところがありました。夕食を摂るために外出するときに部屋の鍵をフロントに預けていきました。帰りが午後10時過ぎになってしまい、フロントで鍵を受け取ろうとしたら、スタッフの方はいらっしゃらず、鍵がフロントに置いてありました。部屋で宿泊ガイドを見ると、フロントは午後10時まで対応と書いてありましたが、できれば出かけるときに一言伝えていただければその時間までに帰って来るか、鍵を持って外出できたと思います。フロントに鍵を置いておくのは、親切だとは思いますが、誰でもその鍵を使って、部屋に入れることになるので、防犯上やめたほうが良いと思いました。

一泊しました。周辺には温泉施設・足湯・飲食店・コンビニなどがあり不便はありませんでした。施設は所々直し途中の箇所がありましたが、温泉施設については申し分ありませんでした。朝食は地元でとれる魚などの現地名産品があるとよいなぁ。

お風呂は天然温泉であり、良かった。アメニティーがリンスインシャンプーしかなく、髪がごわごわに、、、せっかく温泉が良かったので、少し残念でした。接客、お部屋の清潔感、料理などは満足しております。

温泉を楽しめました。水の色は透明だと思いますが硫黄と思われる香りがして本当の温泉でした。スタッフの方々の感じもよく部屋は清潔な和室でくつろげました。

こじんまりした施設でのんびり過ごせましたお風呂も男女交代性なので、それぞれ楽しめました今回は、食事をつけなかったので、次回は食事付きにしたいです凄く美味しそうでした

温泉は熱めで子供は浸かるのに苦戦してましたが、いいお湯でした。ロビーで麦茶のサービスもよかった。食べなかったけど有料でシルクアイス(ソフトクリーム)が５種類ほどありました。自販機では、おつまみやビールや地酒ミニボトルもありました。最寄りのLAWSONまで徒歩５分くらいですが、地酒ワンカップやミニボトルなどはなく、あまり地元感はなかったです。不満だったのは、部屋のトイレの排水が一度流すとたまるまでに時間がかかりすぎることと、ロビーのトイレ(男性)は手洗いシンクの水が出なかったこと。故障は仕方がないが除菌ウェットタオルなど代わりのものを用意してあるとよかったと思う。

スタッフ皆さん笑顔でのご対応が素晴らしかった。感染症対策もしっかりされていて、食事も美味しかった、温泉も湯本らしいすこし熱めのいい湯でした。おもてなしの心を大切にしている、良い宿でした。

とても入りやすく、受付も丁寧でわかりやすい案内でした。食事もとても美味しく頂けましたよ！チョット量があるので、お子さんが一緒な方は！残してしまうかもですね😅でもオススメします！
