Estrada que acessa o hotel é ruim, administração intransigente no check out, pois tivemos que desocupar o quarto às 12hs e sair do condomínio imediatamente, sem poder realizar uma alimentação.

A estrada de terra de acesso ao hotel é bem ruinzinha, são 6km e em dias de chuva é um pouco perigoso! Sobre o hotel, ao chegarmos no nosso quarto não tinha papel higiênico, precisei sair e pedir, pegamos um edredom manchado o que me fez perceber que as cobertas não estavam muito limpas… a fazendinha tem apenas 1 avestruz e está completamente abandonada! Toca chiclete com banana o dia inteiro na área da piscina. O cafe da manhã é ok pelo valor da diária, o mesmo sobre o restaurante (almoço e janta) dentro do hotel! Atendimento das meninas foi ótimo! Travesseiros e colchões de solteiro ruins! Então a minha dica é, se for, vá com carro alto, leve sua roupa de cama e banho!

Não foi uma experiência muito boa, não gostei do lugar muito longe de tudo, se chover muito ferrou, vc não consegue sair de lá, o café da manhã poderia ser bem melhor, poucas opções, os hotéis de Jundiaí e bem mais top que esse lugar, fiquei apenas uma noite joguei meu dinheiro fora, a comida do restaurante do hotel não é tão boa, o que tem de bom a natureza e o restaurante vem quetem quedas E maravilhoso, os drinks de lá é show,o atendimento excepcional, está de parabéns.,,,

Bonzinho, mas precisa melhorar!
Hotel e área do quedas ok. Torneira do chuveiro estava solta, tinha que colocar e tirar para ligar a água quente. Vazando água da pia do banheiro pelo sifão. Quarto aconchegante, com ar condicionado e varanda. Local silencioso para dormir, haviam poucos hóspedes. O restaurante do hotel é terceirizado, servem o café da manhã que é incluso na estadia e outras refeições pagas à parte. O restaurante NÃO está seguindo NADA dos protocolos de segurança contra Covid. No primeiro dia do café da manhã não haviam pegadores para pegar os alimentos, não há luvas para colocar nas mãos e não exigem que os hóspedes utilizem máscara para se servir. Sinceramente tive muito receio de comer lá. Haviam hóspedes se servindo e falando em cima dos alimentos. No segundo dia foi péssima a experiência. O horário do café inicia as 8 horas. Eram 8:20h a funcionária estava sozinha fazendo tudo e ainda não estava tudo pronto. Estavam limitando alguns alimentos, como pão de queijo por exemplo. Uma hóspede queria comer o pão de queijo e perguntou o horário que fechava para o café. A funcionária respondeu que era as 9, porém o café vai até as 10h. Ao menos foi o que informaram no check-in. Pedi uma refeição no dia em que cheguei. O copo estava com uma sujeira na borda, que prefiro nem pensar o que era, mas me embrulhou o estômago. Resumindo: O hotel vale a pena pelo local, porém peca no restaurante que é um verdadeiro show de falta de higiene. Deveriam repensar sobre quem administra o local.

Gostei da piscina e do atendimento Nao gostei wifi nao pegou bem, tv no quarto horrivel muito pequena, cafe da manhã nota 6, dificil acesso ao local 6 km de estrada de terra, tinha chovido, abriram crateras na estrada e fiquei com medo de atolar em alguns pontos!

O lugar é agradável, limpo, o quarto está dentro dos padrões de um hotel que recebe cuidados, mas tudo muito longe de valer o que cobram pela diária, o café da manhã é extremamente simples, a internet não funciona, a TV tem sinal analógico, chuviscando e com o som horrível, sem contar que são quase 10kms de estrada de terra. Se o valor fosse pelo menos 50% do que cobram, seria mais honesto,
