"Very good stay for families (up to 6) who like to stay/make meals. The 2 bedrooms at ground level and 1 tatami room/dining/kitchen on level 2 so take note that there are stairs. Aeon mall is located about 10 min away for grocery shopping. There are 2 oyster huts nearby too."

"Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless."

"部屋が1階のエントランス側で出入りが激しく、皆エントランスを開けるのに戸惑ったり、スムーズに開かない為ガチャガチャと荒々しく開けようとする音がうるさく、何度か私自ら開けに行きました。部屋は昭和初期って感じですね、サイトで見た写真と違って薄暗く、壁には結構傷があり、ちょっと後ずさりしてしまいました。上の階の足音もかなり響きます。夜8時から夜中1時過ぎまで、何をしているのか、ずっと部屋を行ったり来たりする足音。耳栓も役にたちませんでした。クローゼットに入ってた掛け布団、1番下に置いてあったものは黄色くなっていて、使うのを断念。ゴミを分別しなきゃいけない事が書いて有りましたが、分別専用の袋は見つからず、、、お掃除の方に聞いたら、そのまま部屋に置いておけばいいとの事。それならばゴミ分別のメッセージ削除して欲しいです。終いにはお風呂にゴキブリ。ひとつだけ良かった事は、オーガニックや無添加の製品を使っている事です。"

"숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다."

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"Nice room! Very clean and a good size. You had to go and get tableware (glasses, plates, cutlery etc.) and an iron from reception as they were not already in the room, but all were available. Overall a very nice stay!"

"Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station."

"(First and foremost, you will need to hear from the owner via email or text for your door code and instructions to check in because it’s not a normal hotel. I’ve left feedback already on improving the system so just be aware.) The Stay: If you want to experience Japan to its fullest, then this spot is for you. This is basically an apartment complex turned into hotel. Once you check in, you are granted a key and now have your own Japanese apartment. From head to toe, it has the works; shoes off...

"Room is a good size for family of four. Kitchen counter is a bit dusty this can be improved. No parking on site but many parking lots nearby. Convenient stores and drugstore nearby. Checkout time is 10am, the staff would knock on your door at 10am and wait for you to leave the room. "

"Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again."

A quality hotel at a very convenient location

"Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel is located next to the Nishitetsu Tenjin station where you can take trains to suburbs of Fukuoka. And its very close to the Fukuoka subway station, where you can travel around the city easily. There are a lot of shopping places and nice food (including famous ramen places) nearby. Plus it is not as busy as the Hakata train station area, we find it very convenient yet it still gives us a quiet and comfy space to rest after a long day. Service is good, breakfast is nice with enough choices, highly recommended and will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again in the future."

"I rated this hotel excellent as the room is large and equipped with Dyson equipment and also coffee maker. The staff is polite and helpful and even the cleaning ladies are well mannered. The only thing that I do not like is that the room is not bright enough though all the light is turned on. "
