In all of my 50 years, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel! The customer service was IMPECCABLE! We were met outside by Staff, escorted to check-in, and served tea during our checkin. Also, the view is to die for! My complaints: 1. No room service 2. “To go” is not permitted from restaurants 3. The same items are served in the club lounge

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. My only criticism is that pool closes at 7pm which is a shame as it is still warm and although sun is setting it is a good time to swim. Lots of dining options but a little isolated if you wanted to go elsewhere. A superb hotel in every respect.

If you are looking for a nice resort to relax in, this is a good option. It’s a beautiful facility with excellent staff. Ocean views are spectacular. However, it is remote with few options outside the resort. Biggest complaint is the hours they keep. The club lounge and gym did not open until 8:00 am. Waiting until 8:00 am to have breakfast or to workout at the gym is too restrictive. If you have a captive audience with few options, don’t make them feel like prisoners with your hours of operation.

Great facility especially for full family, but service is not good and weird policies like only suite users can use the main pool.
