Controle do portão e ar condicionado
Escolhi quarto básico,no qual está instalado um ar condicionado, porém, não funciona. Fomos falar no primeiro dia se podíamos trocar de quarto mas não foi resolvido. No segundo dia com boa vontade, a moça da recepção nos trocou de quarto com ar condicionado,( mas não tinha controle ), porém, melhorou e muito nosso conforto. Outra coisa: está precisando urgente de pedirem para fazer controle do portão do estacionamento ,pois um tem que ir avisar lá na frente para abrir o portão lá atrás . Quanto ao restaurante: para quem não gosta de ver pessoas indo almocar sem camisa, todo ensopado da piscina, nao vai se sentir bem com isso pelo fato do chão ficar todo sujo e pisoteado ,colocando em risco de alguém escorregar no restaurante. Não existe muitas regras ali.

Atendimento excelente. Todos colaboradores empenhados em ajudar e acomodar bem os hóspedes. Ótimo custo benefício e localização proxima da praia. Quarto modesto, mas funcional e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom também. Certamente é meu ponto certo quando for ficar em Itanhaém.

Ótima opção, de baixo custo, ambiente familiar, equipe atenciosa e sempre cordial! Há opções de apartamentos com ar-condicionado ou ventilador de teto. Café da manhã bom e, aos finais de semana, é possível almoçar por um preço bem acessível, que serve a duas pessoas. O preço de bebidas são menores do que na praia, que fica próximo (duas quadras).

Pessima experiencia
Experiencia muito ruim, nada funcinou chegamos nao tinha agua, para tomar banho, o quarto nao esta pronto e ja eram 4 da tarde, banheiro horrivel vaso encardido, banheiro mau dava para se mecher de tao pequeno, cheiro de cigarro e mofo, sem cestos para lapel higienico na minha vasta experiencia em viagem e pousadas munca vi algo tao terrivel. Pode ate ter comentários bons me segurei neles na reserva mas deveria ter me pego aos negativos. A meu ver nem deveria estar no h.com.
