I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up!
