A pousada é muito bonita, pegamos a suíte com hidromassagem. A cama era muito boa, a hidromassagem é um pouco pequena (cabe duas pessoas magras e não muito altas). O café da manhã é bom e tem variedades (pães, frutas, bolos, ovos mexidos…). Apesar de ser perto da rodovia, era silencioso e conseguimos descansar. A pousada fica um pouco distante do centro (uns 7 minutos), mas para você ir para os pontos turísticos de Pomerode você precisa de carro de qualquer maneira, então não é um problema. Voltaria a me hospedar lá com toda certeza.

O quarto é espaçoso, porém a cama de solteiro auxiliar, caiu o pé no meio da noite. O chuveiro elétrico não dá vencimento da temperatura da água, imagine no inverno então… fiz a reserva para duas camas de solteiro e a falta de atenção da portaria nos colocou em uma cama de casal, havia um quarto disponível com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro onde fomos alocados. O café da manhã é farto e a vista da pousada é linda. Tem grande potencial se tiver uma equipe mais atenciosa e comprometida.

Ficamos somente um dia ...uma fugidinha da rotina...e foi agradável nossa estadia. O único ponto negativo foi que reservamos o quarto com a hidromassagem e ela não funcionou. Como a recepção não tem ninguém fixo, somente por Whatsapp...deixamos pra lá...

Péssima experiência. Não recomendo.
Tivemos uma péssima experiência com a Pousada Casarão Gastehaus Boutique. Era aniversário da minha esposa, por isso resolvemos investir num local que parecia especial e acima do padrão, investimos quase R$ 500,00 por diária, com direito apenas ao café da manhã e ficamos muito decepcionados. Primeiro porque durante nosso deslocamento, fomos informados que o check-in se encerraria às 21h, mas na confirmação de reserva dizia que poderia ser a qualquer momento. Quiseram nos mandar para outra unidade do grupo, mas teríamos que pagar novamente. Resultado, o jantar de aniversário foi cancelado, viajamos correndo, dando status da nossa localização para a moça que estava nos esperando e ficava repetindo que precisava estar no hotel novamente às 10h do dia seguinte. Chegamos por volta das 22h15, famintos, e a única opção disponível era um delivery de sanduíches. Tivemos que comer num local externo ao quarto, pois o mesmo sequer tinha mesa e cadeiras. Para piorar, estava muito frio e o chuveiro era elétrico e não esquentava direito. Pedimos para trocar para um quarto com aquecimento à gás e fomos informados que só havia um e o mesmo estava ocupado. Além disso, havia uma peça de roupa de outro hóspede e uma embalagem de chocolate dentro do guarda-roupas, o que evidenciou que o local não foi sequer higienizado para nossa entrada, isso que estamos em plena Pandemia do Coronavírus. O único ponto positivo é que os funcionários são esforçados, mas muito mal treinados. Não vale a diária.

É Boutique sem dúvida
Reservamos para uma saída curta de final de semana e fomos muito bem recebidos. De fato é um casarão, muito bem cuidado, tudo novinho e com um ar de cabana nas montanhas. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e tem um cheirinho de madeira tornando o clima bem rústico. O café da manhã foi bem gostoso com produtos coloniais e típicos alemães. O casarão fica antes do centro histórico de Pomerode, mas nada de mais para quem está de carro. Leva uns 7 minutinho até lá. Gostamos bastante e vamos retornar em uma próxima oportunidade. Vale a pena...pode reservar!

pousada show, porém barulho incomoda um pouco
a pousada fica 8km do centro, mas é confortavel, tem uma natureza ao redor, o acesso a recepção é um pouco perigoso por ser escada em rampa. Fiquei no quarto 7, não recomendo, pois vc escuta as pessoas falarem tanto no quarto ao lado, como embaixo, que fica uma área comum, e cozinha e realmente nas duas noites tivemos problemas com conversas altas, após as 22hs talvez em outros aposentos não tenha esse problema.
