Valeu a pena a hospedagem
Flat novo, com instalações funcionando perfeitamente. Limpeza impecável. Sugiro colocar uma ducha higiênica no banheiro e um piso antiderrapante na parte do box. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Queria estender a estadia, mas o tempo chuvoso não deixou. Voltaria a mim hospedar novamente com certeza!

Ótimo local, instalações são boas, com ótima localização, local amplo, bem localizado, tranquilo. Como melhoria, alterar o sistema de pagamento para cartões, e trocar o sistema de sintonia da TV, pois quando trocava de canal causava grandes ruídos.

Estadia muito boa no Apart em questão. Logo na chegada fui muito bem recebido pelo proprietário Rafael que de imediato sugeriu passeio pelo Rio de Contas, intermediando o contato com o excelente guia Gil. As acomodações são ótimas, banheiro limpo e organizado, cama bem forrada e confortável, varanda agradável com vista para mata, geladeira e fogões novos o que diapensa qualquer serviço de quarto. A varanda ainda conta com uma rede para relaxar ao fim da tarde. TV de LCD, cortinas black-out, canais diversos, ar-condicionado split em perfeitas condições. O preço foi muito justo (para não dizer barato) pelo grata experiência. Voltarei com a família, com certeza!
