The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located in Galata district. The property is walking distance from 2 tram stations that made it easy to access the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and welcoming during check in and provided plenty of useful information to help us plan our itinerary.
The room is clean and tidy, bed was comfy and came with a great bathroom.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly, polite and helpful. We had breakfast on the 6th floor terrace. Food was excellent and staff extremely courteous. Overall, an excellent stay

The staff were brilliant and always on hand to help. The location was great too - very close to the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia and the tram was nearby for venturing further afield. There was a good breakfast too.
