The lady in restaurant was kind of rude, i was sick 🤢 and couldn’t wake up on time for my breakfast, i went there 10 minutes later, good was in the table, but she didn’t let me eat any food, i went to the reception and asked, she was saying oh you are late. I went out o get myself some food, and the store near by was closed, when the reception noticed that, she called the restaurant and asked to give me some food, i was going to give a 5⭐️. I think they can work on the customer service of the hotel better, very good location though.

Colazione Turca (con poca parte dolce ma molto abbondante) .Posizione ottima per visitare le attrazioni come Gran Bazar , Basilica Cisterna e Moschee principali. Fermata linea T1 a 100 m staff cortese e gentile .In particolar modo GUL sempre attenta alle nostre richieste e sempre disponibile.

Bonjour, très très très déçu car ils n’ont pas de clim dans les chambres et il faisait très très chaud. La piscine hammam et jacuzzi sont payants. deux jours. Les chambres n’avait pas été faite je reviendrai plus.
