The hotel does not provide glass made cups in the room, because they think guests might break or take it with them. I’ve asked the receptionist he declined to provide ceramic or glass cups, he said it’s the hotel’s role.

The hotel was very bad and dirty. I regretted booking this hotel. Please don't be fooled by the pictures. It is a very old and poor quality hotel.

The pictures do not reflect the reality whatsoever. I think the hotel is located in the worst part of the city where you see lots of prostitution and observe unsafe environment. The rooms are very small noisy and so inconvenient. The breakfast is not good. I saw hair in some food. Not recommended at all.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. It is very old building and the rooms smelled. Carpet has stains all over and the furniture is old and dirty. The bath towels were torn and very old.

Special thanks to Mahmoud who is a great personel of Taksimtown. He is super helpful and caring employee. Rooms are super clean! Location is great! Prices are great! Rude Manager
The manager of the hotel is really rude, he fought with my guest and wanted to kick them out. I asked one of employees to call the police,but he did not. finally we came to a solution that i leave the hotel and he will call hotel.com to refund one day for each room i had.and i am waiting for the refund as i did not complete my reservation at this hotel. my booking was from 07/30/2019 to 08/04/2019 for one room, and from 07/30/2019 to 08/03/2019 for the second room, but we were forced to check out from both rooms on 08/02/2019.
