The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and polite. My husband and I felf very comfortable in the hotel. The kahvaltı (breakfast)in the hotel is delicious, totally recommended. The pool area is nice and quite, also the spa. The area is safe, close to the tramway, port and subway. Taksim square is a few minutes walking. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just walking around.

This is a really good high quality smaller hotel. Staff was very attentive to needs and were helpful navigating Istanbul. I would recommend getting the room facing the Bosphorus.
