FLORA

Staff is super friendly and always helpful in your needs. It a basic place with AC and private bathroom. The flushing of the toilet did not work all the time. The location is in a very lonely and dirty street but once you get out the alley you are very close to bars and restaurants in the area. Noise was 6/10 because Istambul can be pretty noise. I do recommend if you are looking for something super basic and not luxury, but if you want something fancy, avoid this.
