The installations were very nice, made even more by the people working there. Their customer service was great and made our stay flow with ease. The location was quiet, without the bustle and noise of the restaurant and souvenir shop street, which was conveniently around the corner. The room view was spectacular, we had a balcony suite… The Little Prince room made a wonderful “head start” for to our trip to Cappadocia! Highly recommend this hotel: location, food, installations, theme, and its employees were beyond par.

Hotel Poem is an incredible hotel. The breakfast is top notch. Everything is made to order, but it really fits the cozy, homey vibe of the hotel. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The receptionist, Erçan, has a junilant personality and made us feel very comfortable. The trip was made easy because of the accommodations the hotel provided, like airport transfer. They also book you tours in the bosphorous, city, museums, which are helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay again. The area surrounding the hotel is not as hospitable due to the fact that Sultanahmet is a touristy place, but it is very safe and quiet.

even though you have to walk on stony road to the hotel door (about 30 meters), it was a blessing as the loud noice from the main street does not reach to this hotel and we had very quiet sleep nights. Hotel management is very friendly, since I don't drink alcohol and did not want the bottle of wine that is offered, I was offered fresh fruit plate instead.
