Looks like a family ran business so I didn’t want to leave a bad review but I was disappointed with how they treated my situation. Booked the hotel last minute because it was cheap. Wasn’t expecting much but I woke up to a ton of red marks all over my body from bed bugs. Extremely disappointed that they didn’t do anything about it and brushed it off when I asked for a refund. Would not stay here again.

Staff are helpful, speak very little english. Area around Grand Konak is very good, with local shops, bakery's,takeaways close by. Rooms were only cleaned if requested. Only downside was beds had bed bugs and had to request room change only to find that room had bed bugs also. Hotel management unable to relocate us due to all hotels close by were fully booked eventually had to get hold off hotels.com to try and relocate us to another hotel, which I'm still working to resolve a refund for as they were having issues taking payments over the phone.

It is a wonderful location I was looking for.The staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone was happy to stay. Save place and I met new friends here and decided to stay my entire trip here. Close to bus, metro, boats,markets, and many historical places. I will come back in this hotel again. Thanks.

This is a family run business. The brothers are very nice. They run a juice shop across. Very good pomegranate juice.

Looks newly refurbished, however does have squeaky floorboards. Situated in the middle of some old buildings, would be hard to find if you didn't have a sat nav or driver who knew the area. Breakfast is average with limited choice of food. Friendly staff
