The location is good with a shopping mall next door. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, Tayfun was very helpful as well as all other breakfast staff. Overall hotel condition was average as the room started showing signs of needing repair such as the shower tray which was bending when you stood inside it feeling like you were standing on a cloud while having a shower. Great views of Istanbul from our corner suite. Lots of eating places right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very bad. The hotel management is bad. The hotel staff are thieves. They stole a large sum of money and my passport. I filed a complaint against the hotel.

Well the property towels were not in good condition at all; plus there sounds from people walking in the corridor that you can always hear. I believe there should be more staff that speak English because it makes it hard to communicate. The food from the restaurant was not as much as you would expect from any 4-5 stars hotel.

The swimming pool is very cold without heating and there is no service for towels and shower soap in the changing rooms and the gym. The AC was hot and they They are not interested in maintaining the air conditioning and cleaning the air filter, which causes poor cooling
