The staff were very helpful especially Selçuk who went beyond each day. He is very professional, helpful and willing to take pictures. He is an excellent photographer. I had an amazing stay at Ferman Hotel Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The location is perfect, with stunning views of both the sea and the iconic mosque. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right.
