Ahmet is amazing. Convenient location. Rest is bad
Ahmet is a very warm and welcoming person. He was very helpful. The location is convnient (just a couple minutes walk from Taksim Square) The room was very small, cleanliness was just OK, could be better. The sheets had small stains on them and the furniture was really old and stained. The AC was broken or something so we had to keep the windows open (might get a bit noisy sometimes). We stayed 6 days and only received housekeeping once (the day before we left). They didn't even change the sheets though! Overall staff is great but property could be better.Please provide more regular cleaning as this is a hotel and not a vacation rental.

Leider gab es im East cool gebuchten Hotel probleme und wir mussten in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Das Hotel ist sauber, zweckmäßig, das personal freundlich. Hervorzuheben ist günstige Lage.

Very bad experience
BE CAREFUL! when you book a room at East'n'cool, you may be overbooked and have no room and any other room in this hostel, despite the room was paid in advance. Like us, you can wait more than an hour at the reception of another establishment where the reception is held! All that to be relocated in a hotel of less good quality. Then, you could suffer a water damage that will not be repaired despite your alert. You could also experience the very noisy air conditioning unit. And the room not cleaned! And with all that, you will not have any excuse, no consideration. Nobody will take responsibility. A real shame! Don't go to East'n'cool and Qpera hostel if you want to have a good time in ISTANBUL !

Kleines Hotel mit frischem Design
Für den preis wird einem ein ordentliches Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern geboten. Der besitzer Savas ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine tägliche Reinigung, zumindest der Duschen und Toiletten, wären wünschenswert. Lage ist gut und Zentral zur Vergnügungsmeile Istiklal.

酒店很烂 The hotel suck
我到的那天晚上已经12点了，伊斯坦布尔那天下雨，很冷。 我到了酒店门口以后，就发现门是锁着的，前台也一个人没有。于是我就站在门外等了差不多十分钟，不停的敲门。可笑的是最先出现的人不是服务员也不是老板，而是另外一位房客。他说听到敲门声，就下来看看。太可笑了，下来看情况的人不是旅店老板，而是房客！中间还有一段小插曲，另外一位房客以为我是乞丐，挥手让我走开，直到我提起自己的行李箱，他们才帮我开了门。这不是他们的错，我要向他们道歉，因为大半夜的我肯定吓到他们了。 旅店老板下来以后先把房客都劝了回去，然后不停劝我冷静下来。（我感觉我一直都挺冷静，不知道在他眼里我是不是像一颗炸弹？）这个过程中没有抱歉，也没有对不起。他说他晚上11点就不check in了，所以看我没来就关门了。我真佩服你！（期间expedia曾经发过邮件给我，说店主想知道我的到达时间。我尝试打他的手机，但是无法接通）所以错的全在我身上咯？ 进了房间以后，第一个是难闻的气味。店主用了很多很难闻的香精来掩盖房间里面的味道。这让我很反感。第二点，空调是坏的，非常的吵，感觉已经很久没有人用过了。我打开空调盖，发现里面都是灰尘，几乎把管道都给堵住了。迫不得已我只能开窗，但是又害怕晚上会有小偷摸进来。 浴室里面的玻璃门也是坏的。这我已经不想评价了。 我订的是一张大床，但实际上这张大床是两张单人床拼起来的，中间一条让人很不舒服的缝。呵呵。 我check out的时候是早上11点，前台依旧没有人。我打电话，老板接听了，但是没有过来，他让我把钥匙放在前台就好。 这就是这家酒店的样子。老板完全没有用心在经营，所有的东西都是一团糟。

Cool at East'n'cool!
Hadde fem netter på East'n'cool. Likte leiligheten veldig godt og servicen var bra. Hadde alt vi trengte! Store, rene rom. Air-con er et must og den funka bra. Litt variabel wifi-tilgang. Tok drosje dit fra flyplassen; viste seg å være en god idé da det var ganske kronglete å komme frem.
