Although the hotel is basic. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Good location. Near grand bazaar and walking distance to Blue Mosque .

Honestly room was tiny, you could not walk past the window without closing it. rating 4 star no way more a 2 star, rooms where cleaned regularly which was good but bed was so uncomfortable base kept pulling away from the wall whilst sleeping as only there 4 night's and its convenient location we didnt day anything. Breakfast was so basic , no variety and repetitive. NO TEA/COFFEE IN ROOMS. But had a fridge

Absolutely awful hotel and falsely advertised on Expedia. Couldn’t get my refund after only staying one night as the hotel is nowhere near as the standard advertised. AVOID BOOKING!

Hotel room was very poor and not very clean bedsheets had marks on them. Windows did not open correctly only one hinge was working the bathroom shower head did not have a mount. Overall not a great hotel would not go back there again photos are not accurate at all

I was dissapointed, the photos are nothing like the actual hotel ,rooms are small and dirty we stayed for a week and bedding was not changed once , amenities were poor and breakfast choices were limited. Staff did not speak even basic english or even checked to see how we were. Hospitality was so poor. Beds are shown as double however are two single joined. When telling staff bed was broken staff did not try to fix this, was very uncomfortable as there was 2 single beds.

We had a very badly maintained room, not cleaned.Luckily we always carry wipes since Covid and we had to wipe everything before using our room.Issues are extremely slow to be dealt with and sometimes never.Had to chase them.Been to Istanbul numerous times as well as other countries but never like this.It can’t be a 4 Star hotel, I would give it. -2 to be generous.

Mi chica operada y 3 noches sin dormir y sin poder descansar, el colchón totalmente hundido , se lo comuniqué el primer día y me dijo que lo sentían y que nos lo iban a a cambiar , nos pusieron otro que estaba igual . Se lo vuelvo a comunicar de madrugada ya que no podíamos dormir le pregunté también si había alguna posibilidad de cambiar de habitación , no me importaba pagar la diferencia, su respuesta fue “ no puedo hacer nada , I’m sorry my friend’ . Al día siguiente salimos del hotel y cuando volvimos por la tarde nos encontramos un colchón usado en la puerta de la habitación , metido dentro de una bolsa de plástico llena de polvo , nos lo dejaron allí para que lo cambiáramos nosotros mismo , fue horrible la situación, mi chica recién operada y yo sacando un colchón doble entre los dos para poner otro , y lo peor de todo es que estaba igual , hundido por dentro , tengo fotos de los dos colchones . Nunca más !! Hotel de 4 estrellas??? No debería ni llamarse hotel . Lo único bueno la ubicación

Room was very small, curtains were dirty, sink had no stopper and leaked. shower had nothing to hold it up and no tea/ coffee facilities in the room and when just a kettle was asked for, request was denied. and i had to purchase one.Fortunately I always bring my own tea and sweetner.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel entspricht nicht den Bildern, es ist sehr Herruntergekommen . Badezimmer bröckelt der Putz und die Farbe, Schwarzer Schimmel im Bad, Klimaanlage voll verstaubt und verdreckter Filter, ein Kleiderschrank den man nicht nutzen kann, man lebt aus dem Koffer. Die Dachterasse ist auch nicht wie auf den Bilder, Keine Tische und Stühle dafür aber genug Sachen abgestellt, wird wohl als Lager oder Müllplatz verwendet. Dafür das es sehr Central und Günstig ist darf ansonsten nichts vom Hotel erwarten. Es ist auch sehr Hellhörig so das man morgens um 5:00 aufgeweckt wird.

You get room that you didn't book!!

AVOID IT AT ALL COST!! I booked a standard room and when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave me an economy room and gave my brother a room underground! When I complained he told me either take it or leave. Wow, that's the worst service I've ever got. Luckily, I've contacted Hotels.com customer service the following day and got my booking cancelled. Other customers also complained about the hotel and stuff. I don't recommend it to anyone even for free. I will attach some pictures of the room. Rooms not clean and in bad conditions.Very bad service and stuff.

Keine Hilfe durch die Mitarbeiter. Die Gepäcke mussten wir selbst rauf und runter tragen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein. Die Vorhänge sind sehr alt und zerrissen. Haarföhn funktioniert nicht. In der Dusche kommt nur sehr heisses Wasser oder sehr kaltes Wasser. Die Zimmer stanken nach Rauch obwohl es Raucherfreie Zimmer waren. Das Frühstück ist sehr klein gehalten. Nur normale kleine Brote, kein Simit oder andere Brotarten was man normalerweise an einem traditionellen türkischen Frühstück erwartet. Schokoladen Aufstrich, Tomaten, Gurken, weiss Käse und Oliven waren vorhanden. Die Früchte lagen warscheinlich seit 2 Wochen dort und sahen sehr unappetitlich aus. Wir mussten daher immer draussen essen.

wir wollen keine Nacht in dem Hotel verbringen entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern und ist sehr schmutzig, und unhygienisch. Sieht’s Bilder. Es ist ein Katastrophaler Zustand, wir können hier nicht eine Nacht bleiben und mussten auf eigene Kosten das Hotel wechseln. Dazu kommt, dass der Hotelbesitzer nicht mal einen Check out zulässt und mich zwingt das Zimmer bis zum 1. 12.2021 in Anspruch zu nehmen Ich habe eine Quittung der neuen Bleibe als Beweis das wir nicht in diesem Hotel geblieben sind und selbst auf den inklusiven Frühstück aufgrund des unhygienischen Zustand verzichtet haben.

All the hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the hotel is not as shown in the photos !!! It was raining the day we went. Water entered our room from the window because it was damaged and did not close completely. The curtains were tangled. The heating did not work, it was only air-conditioned, but it did not emit hot air. Breakfast was not satisfactory at all. We went to eat on the first day and we were disappointed, we did not eat. Breakfast included eggs, bread, tomatoes and some cold cuts. The location of the hotel is very good, but it is not enough.
