Pictures are a lie as this property is running a scam, mattress was recovered from trash as it was covered in red stains and black ash (probably from smoking). Bathroom has awful smell. The rooftop brings in an immense amount of dust into the room which caused my skin to itch really badly. No elevator, 4 flights of stairs

If you want to stay in a great location with limited budget, this place is great. It’s just a few steps away from the Galata tower and everything else such as shops and restaurants. The room is nice and clean. Suat, the front desk person, is very courteous, helped me with useful information and transportation. I recommend this place and I would go back.

Great place, even better peoplr
Good clean rooms, convenient location to Gallata tower, and transit to other tourist sites. Excellent value for money. Kind, friendly, and very helpful staff. We ended up having travel problems and the staff made a room available for us to stay longer at the last minute, as our travel plans kept changing. Thanks so much. 10/10

Overall ok.
can be considered if you are looking for a one night stay. we stayed as a couple due to bad weather. Overall it was ok. Hotel price is quite low considering others in the same area. So dont expect too much. Would be nice if it was cleaner but was not too bad. One + is the location.

The staff here were great and very helpful.. they even accommodated an early check in which was very helpful.. also for the location and cost you can’t get any better in Istanbul

I had a fantastic stay here. Everything was clean and very modern, reception was friendly and accomodating. Next door to Galata Tower, great if you want to visit it.

Garbage and Lies
They have swapped signs and according to hotel.com bookings are non refundable. It's extortion and lies then they have your money. They offered my money back after i said illl fight them for it. but the country is a joke they are all dishonest scammers. Only book with agoda in turkey and see the places in person first or you are getting online lies and dirty theft. Not worth a visit.

Amazing!
The room was awesome for us two and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is also great. We had a little difficulty finding the hotel as we followed the walking route that Google Map planned and the hotel's info on GM was not accurate or up-to-date (the location and the phone number, fyi).

Bad experience.
I did not stay at all because I checked out just after i saw the room. Hotel manager refused to refund the booking money, or changing my booking room or providing any receipt that i was leaving. Dirty room, full of dust and mosquitos.

The staff makes this place!! They are amazingly helpful and will go way above and way beyond what's expected to ensure you have everything you need and that you're well looked after. I had the top room - 107 (there's no lift, but the lovely staff offered to take my bags up there but i was travelling light so it's ok) and it was super bright had a balcony and had a great view of the Galata tower. The room is super clean and smelt fresh, it is very bright and the bathroom is big and clean too! The don't offer breakfast but did supply tea and coffee. The location of the hotel is very central with Karakoy ferry, tram and buses close by, Sisane metro is also close. The surrounding area has a lot of great little cafes and places open til late so i didn't ever feel unsafe to go home late (travelling as a single female). And it's literally a 3 minute walk from Galata tower. For the price you are getting an amazing amazing place to stay! I would stay there again for sure. A small sthg - taxi's don't like getting too close to the hotel itself because all the streets are one way and there are those teeth things that burst your tyre if you go over them the wrong way - it was only an issue once I had to leave to the airport with luggage factor in more time or walk down to a main street otherwise really is a non-issue.
