There are no words to express the hospitality of this place, the owner’s make you feel like family, the hotel is impecable clean, the bed is very comfortable and clean, the bathroom is extremely clean, I’m very picky with cleaning and I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to come to Istanbul, is not a luxury hotel but is very convenient located, very comfortable and the staff is amazing.

Having travel around the world and stayed in hotels on six different continents--from luxury to boutique--I find Bram Hotel to be at the very top tier of my most enjoyable hotel stays for a couple of reasons. 1) The attentiveness, care, and service are unequal. The owners are welcoming, helpful, and kind. They go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The personal touch is just splendid. I was given a wonderful quick overview of the city and the surrounding area attractions upon arrival. The hotel is well kept and immaculately clean. 2) The hotel is steps away from dining, many major sites including the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and many other amazing sights things. If you like courteous and personable customer service, you'll love this place and fall in love with Istanbul as a plus.

The owner Ali, was very helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Their traditional Turkish breakfast was excellent. Very close to the Blue Mosque and other main attractions. Highly recommended.

Great property and yummy breakfast in the heart of Sultanahmet. A big thank you to Ali and Tarkan for the most homely stay. They were such an amazing host and provided us with so much knowledge about Istanbul and offering us ideas on how to best experience the city in our short stay. Great property only made better with the one of a kind hospitality. Look forward to being back in our next trip.

Super clean, comfortable, great ac and walking distance to the major sites. The breakfasts are generous portions and very tasty. But what is so special about Bram are the owners, who make you feel like the Bram is your home away from home. Whatever you want to see or do, they will make the arrangements. Ali was an incredible host and so helpful. Lovely view from the terrace, which is a great place to sit and have a drink.

Outstanding hosts Ali and Tarkin make this small hotel a home away from home. From the initial warm greeting and welcome drink, to assistance with daily outings and the generous gourmet individual breakfast platters, there is nothing to fault. A great location for exploring Sultanahmet square and the mosques with wide selection of restaurants and local cafes. The rooftop terrace is perfect for evening relaxation and listening to the calls to prayer. Soundproof rooms, comfortable beds and 24hr on call assistance makes this a great place to stay.

The hotel owners and managers Ali and Tarkan are always present and nothing was too much to ask. They facilitated airport transport and sight seeing with pick up and drop off at the hotel. They answered every question and made the holiday perfect. Old fashioned customer care - I loved this hotel.

Briefly: Being at Bram Hotel was like being at home not in a hotel. The owners - the two brothers - give the place a very personal touch, make you feel truly welcome, provide any advice you need and help to make arrangements with future travel. We needed to leave super early, at 4 am, and one of the brothers got up to make us a cup of coffee and make sure all was OK. THANK YOU!

You are treated like family on this property. Highly personable. Very friendly and helpful. Very responsive. Helped us with airport transfers and options for sightseeing and restaurants. Rooms are big. only a 10 min walk to all of the tourist attractions. Excellent personally made breakfast. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved this property! Hosts were extremely hospitable and welcoming. They also really helped with recommendations for optimizing your itinerary. The location of the property very close (and walkable to) the major tourist attractions (Haiga Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, etc). When I first booked this property I was not too sure because our previous experience with other hotels. As soon we got there I was definitely sure that next time I visit Istanbul my go to spot will be Bram Hotel. The management is wonderful. The room and the bathroom were fully furnished as well as very spacious and clean. Our stay included breakfast which was our favourite. Loved the breakfast even if your stay doesn’t include breakfast make sure to dine in there for the breakfast🔥. Loved the hospitality and kindness. There’s a beautiful rooftop where you can catch a beautiful sunset or sunrise. The checkin and checkout process was easy and smooth. We were gonna spend only 1 night then ended up extending it for another. We checked out at an odd time so Ali one of the owner made sure we were safe and held on to our bags for us until we figured out our flight situation which was super helpful and kind. We appreciate their kindness and hospitality. We felt like it at home honestly. Definitely recommend it.
