Lovely hotel in perfect location! Staff were all so helpful and nice. Comfortable room although a bit small was still lovely. only down side is the noise from the cars honking all the time, does usually stop between 12pm and 6am but still annoying.

This is my second time of staying at this hotel as I enjoyed the first stay so much. However this trip was spoilt by the disgusting behaviour of one of the reception staff which was on the Wednesday evening when I ordered a pizza. His attitude was dishonest, he lied and took me to be a fool and he refused to give me his name. It spoilt was was otherwise a great stay. Because of him I will not be returning!!

Location is great for shopping and visiting all the historic places. It is nice to stay on this location for 2-3 days! So you don’t need to take taxi! Taxi drivers are very bad in turkey and they don’t turn on they meter and charge the tourist 3-4 times more. We stayed this location and we did not have to take taxi and we had a great time! Hotel staff are nice!

Great couple nights stay here. Rooms were immaculate and all the conveniences needed, had some good night’s sleep. Could barely hear the outside world despite being in a busy part of the city. Hotel is conveniently located nearby the big attractions if that’s what you’re after as well as easy access to the tram line to go further afield. All the staff have been lovely and so helpful and kind. We’ll definitely be keeping this place in mind if we return to Istanbul.

Great easy location up walk to grand bazar in 5 minutes. 5 minutes walk up Aya Sofia and top capi palace. Hotel rooms are modern and nicely done. Nice bed sheets and CB pillows. Breakfast buffet is great if you get up early and go downstairs. After 9 am they don’t refresh the buffet. So you end up with very average items. I minute walk to Starbucks, nice restaurants. This area of great to stay for 3 or 4 days!

Great location for all of Istanbul's attractions! Clean facility. Unfortunately air condition did not work which was very much needed. We ordered a transport through the hotel, definitely paid way too much. Transport from hotel to port was a bit disturbing, driver was in a heated discussion with someone and did not drop us at proper location.

We stayed just 1 night for our layover in Istanbul. The hotel is new, clean, and close to attractions. Staff was helpful, offered a wake-up call, and arranged for taxi early in the morning. Only issue was the shower seal, water going everywhere!

We loved our stay at Bentley. From the beginning of our stay, the entire staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us as best as possible. The facility is centrally located but is not a quiet facility as metro line goes behind the facility. However, it is at convenient walking distance from all the main tourist attractions in Old City Istanbul. We were able to walk to #Saltbae steakhouse in Grand Bazaar, Seven Hills Restaurant near Hagia Sofia, and Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Egyptian/Spice Bazaar, Mehmud Pasha Bazaar, Galata Tower and many other great tourist places. The breakfast offered at 20 Euros is phenomenal as well where kitchen is serving many fresh items like all kinds of freshly baked breads, omelette, scrambled eggs, over easy/medium, fruits, yogurt, honey, and variety of coffee and tea selection. The manager by the name of Zakaria was extremely helpful and very warm to the guests and made sure that we left very satisfied after eating our breakfast. The one item that was missing is the fitness room, which would put this facility to even better ranking among its competition. The idea of having a Hammam is a nice once but a hotel entertaining guests from all over the world could benefit more from a world class fitness facility then having space for Hammam and other things that may not be used by a wide variety of their guests. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly recommend anyone who is considering a tour to Istanbul.

Positiv : Das Hotelzimmer war sehr stilvoll und Modern eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage, die meistens Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in der Nähe und einfach zu Fuß oder mit Öffentlichkeiten zu erreichen. Negativ: mind. Einmal am Tag gab es einen Stromausfall. Online wird das Frühstück mit 14€ p.P angeboten, vor Ort verlangte man dann 60€ für 2. Zimmer für 2 Personen viel zu klein, obwohl wir extra Deluxe- Zimmer gebucht hatten. Das Personal rauchte im Gebäude und somit zog der auch leider auch ins Zimmer. Wir würden nicht nochmal kommen.
